What comes in a flatpack kit?
Each kit includes sturdy shipping boxes sized for carrier requirements, bubble wrap, packing paper, tape, and pre-paid shipping labels. Kits are available in S, M, L, and XL.
How does box pickup work?
Schedule a pickup time and our carrier will collect your boxes from your door. No drop-off required.
What if something gets damaged?
Every shipment is fully insured. If anything is damaged, you will be reimbursed for the full value.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. You will receive real-time tracking updates via text and email from pickup to delivery.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 5-7 days before your desired pickup date, particularly during peak intern season (May-June).
How does return shipping work?
Return shipping follows the same process. When your internship ends, book a return shipment and ship your belongings back home.
